Registration opens shortly
We are putting the institute payment facility in place. Registration will open as soon as that is done, and we will announce it here and by email.
You can send your abstract now. Abstract submission is open and does not require registration.
Submit before 30 September 2026 and register once registration opens. We will email
everyone who has submitted an abstract on the day it does.
Fees, for your planning
Published so you can budget and apply for travel funds in good time. Nothing is payable yet.

Registration will include the conference kit, lunches and refreshments, and the banquet. The pre-conference school and the field trip are charged separately.
Travel support for students. A limited number of grants are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
